It would be a blessing for the people of this country if we as physicians began to exercise our influence. We cannot continue to allow CMS and Washington politicians to bully us as they wish. "Just say no" has to start somewhere and soon!

Hi, Great blog you have here. I wanted to let you all know that I think Twitter is going to be one of the better networks because of the fact that it is supported by so many industries. I also think when Twitter reveals some of it's new functions, returning traffic will increase to show the real growth of the network.

Anyway, I created a website that gives away great resources for Twitter that are 100% free, so come and visit and don't be a stranger.

Keep up the great work!

I think that without a doubt social media is changing the landscape for advertisers. Twitter, facebook, blogs, video, etc is a way to speak to consumers and not just at them.

Difficult issue. Buzz turns an email platform into a introductory social networking tool. I always admired Google for their search disposition. However here I disagree with them. Privacy is in the present day a majour threat. Even so Google started taking serious the privacy concerns, Buzz in consideration needs to overcome its problems. They seem to be playing with others informations. Google has to do some better generalization about its latter moves.

Personally I think that Google Buzz's release was a little premature, especially in regards to privacy. I also think that Google's possibly going down the same path that Windows went through around the era of Windows 2K. The latest releases and products seem to be less planned and I also feel like rushed in an attempt to be 1st to market, and compete with its competitors releases. The privacy issue was was a problem that didn't require was a very simple issue to figure out, a very simple review session would have identified such issues. Do you think Google may have received too much credit last year?

[...] Google set the baseline for other browsers; with Firefox 3.0 or higher, Chrome 4.0 or higher, and Safari 3.0 or higher. “…you may find that from March 1, key functionality within these products–as well as new Docs and Sites features–won’t work properly in older browsers,” Google said. Google continues to drive a lot of how the internet is accessed and utilized. This kind of gives me a flashback to my blog back on December 15th, “When Will Google Take Over the World”. [...]
